The calculators run in your browser
Every figure you type into a calculator (home values, purchase prices, income) is processed entirely on your device by JavaScript. None of it is transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. Close the tab and it’s gone.
What is collected
Analytics: we use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and understand which counties people look up. This may involve cookies or similar technologies and collects standard technical data (pages visited, browser type, approximate region). It is not used to identify you.
Advertising: this site displays ads served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.
Your choices
You can block cookies in your browser settings; the calculators work fully without them. EU/UK visitors: consent for advertising cookies is requested before they are set. California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
